The Words Have Returned
As I stated in last week’s newsletter {what?? you haven’t subscribed yet?? do it now!!}, the words have slowly begun to return – my dry spell is ending and my brain is once again full of ideas that have begun to spill out onto paper.
This weekend, I had multiple opportunities to just sit and write, and my new notepad is proof of the flow of ideas that have returned. More than 15 pages later {on various topics}, my brain is still not tapped dry of words.
What a GREAT feeling to have!
Stepping Down
Have you ever found yourself needing to resign from a position because you’ve come to realize that you never should have accepted it in the first place? Over the past several months, God has made it clear to me that my acceptance of a specific position wasn’t in alignment with His will.
I said “yes” without praying about the decision, simply because I wanted the “power” and “prestige” that came with the title.

He’s convicted me of my need to resign, and this week I am going to obey. I’m going to write my letter of resignation and send it to the appropriate parties.
Ugg… I hate disappointing people!
Blogging, eBooks, and Social Media
Did you know that I have a virtual blogging assistance and social media consulting business? As of next month, I will have been in business for one year!!
Over the last several months, I have really enjoyed working with various bloggers and brands on several different projects:
- I’ve formatted and edited eBooks
- I’ve managed email accounts
- I’ve handle back-end blogging issues {website management including CSS and HTML tweaks} and maintenance
- I’ve published weekly newsletter and developed unique newsletter archives
- I’ve built Pinterest boards
- I’ve developed, implemented, and analyzed social media plans
In the last year, I’ve been able to put my {self-taught} skills into practice to help others succeed in the online world, and I’ve loved it!
Do you have a need for a virtual blogging assistance or have a project you want help with??
