I pray that you each had a very blessed Thanksgiving yesterday.

What a blessing to be able to have a day focused on giving thanks!!

Give Thanks

Since I’m traveling and have opted to be “unplugged” this holiday weekend, I don’t have a vlog for you today… but I wanted to share some favorite verses on giving thanks!!

Oh give thanks to the LORD, call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the peoples. (1 Chronicles 16:8 NASB)

I will give thanks to the LORD according to His righteousness And will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High. (Psalm 7:17 NASB)

The LORD is my strength and my shield; My heart trusts in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart exults, And with my song I shall thank Him. (Psalm 28:7 NASB)

I will give thanks to You, O Lord my God, with all my heart, And will glorify Your name forever. (Psalm 86:12 NASB)

Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name. (Psalm 100:4 NASB)

With my mouth I will give thanks abundantly to the LORD; And in the midst of many I will praise Him. (Psalm 109:30 NASB)

You are my God, and I give thanks to You; You are my God, I extol You. (Psalm 118:28 NASB)

Ashley, I have read these verses several times over the last several weeks and they do not get old! I am so thankful for ones like you who share God’s word on their blogs!
