I apologize for the number of posts today. I will not normally post this often, but being a part of several linkups that all happened today caused an overload of posts. I hope you will continue to subscribe via email and/or in an RSS reader. I promise not to post this much on a regular basis!

I have absolutely LOVED being a part of the community surrounding the 3in30 Challenge this month. The other participants have literally blessed me to tears {and I don’t tear up easily} with their encouragement of one another and their excitement for the challenge. What a blessing to be a part of such an incredible challenge and community!!
I had BIG plans for January. I thought I had developed three SMART goals that were totally do-able, but I found out less than a week into the challenge that I was over my head. While the goals might have been do-able, I forgot to factor in L.I.F.E
So, a week into the challenge, I revamped one of my goals. And you know what? It was OK! I realized that the challenge wasn’t about completing my goals in perfection but rather seeing progress over the course of the month. And, I can say that though I hit a few bumps along the way, my goals have become reality for me!
So what did I make reality this last month?
- I got into the Word on a (almost) daily basis, not only reading it, but reflecting on it and sharing it on my blog. Having the accountability of posting about it daily was great for me.
- I ate at least one serving of both fruit and veggies most every day. I actually realized that I was eating more of these than I thought, which made me very happy!
- I got quite a bit of exercise throughout the month. Though not my originally stated goal of 20 mins of cardio five days a week, I was intentional about making sure I did some form of exercise at least three times a week. {Shoveling the snow was one of the best forms of exercise I found during the month!}
And now, it’s time to look forward to February. A new set of goals to make reality!!
- After reading Amy Lynn Andrew’s ebook, Tell Your Time, I want to focus on making my time work for me. I want to get up each morning and be done with breakfast, Jenny’s school, and ready to “work” by 10am.
- I also want to set “office hours” for my social media usage, only allowing myself to be on Twitter and Facebook during set times each day. I waste too much time checking them throughout the day – I want to be more focused on whatever task I am working on rather than working on so many things at once.
- I want to take more pictures and share more about my daily life with you all. Inspired by Pixosphere‘s sponsorship of the 3 in 30 Challenge during the month of February, I want to turn my Top Ten Tuesday posts into a picture collage of the Top 10 Photos of My Week.
